(ON Only) Scheduling a Medication Review

Scheduling a Medication Review permits your pharmacy to effectively plan for the time required to complete a comprehensive medication review. All scheduled medication reviews appear on the Medication Review Workbench, on the Activities > To Do tab, as well as the PharmaClik Rx Workbench > Activities tab, for the scheduled date.

You can schedule a medication review in the following ways:

• From the Workbench > Prescriptions Tab
• From the Workbench >Activities Tab
• From Rx > Services > Med Review Button
• From the Patient Focused Eligibility Prompt
